• Flights are sunrise only, weather permitting. Ballooning depends on calm, safe conditions. If the pilot calls it off for weather (it happens occasionally), we reschedule you or refund the flight portion — your safety always comes first, no arguments.
• Minimum age is 7 years. Younger children unfortunately can't fly, for safety reasons.
• You need to be reasonably mobile. You'll stand for the duration of the flight and must be able to climb in and out of the basket (about 1.2m high) unassisted.
